Summary: The property owner gave us the wrong access code, no unit access code, and the wrong unit number. We, customer service and I, weren't able to reach them and were sent straight to voicemail. It was over an hour before they responded. I wasn't able to get in because of them though. Their tenant let me into the house and because of the incorrect listing information into the wrong unit. The only benefit to this place is it allows events. If you're having a party book it. If it's for a family Vacation stay far away you don't want to be in that neighborhood anyway.

Summary: The property was well furnished and seemed to have been surfaced cleaned but the sheets were very obviously dirty. We had to wash our own sheets and the manager was not responsive to our concerns and did not adequately respond to our request.

Summary: We were going to a concert at the Palladium and made a stay out of it with some friends from NY. Drove an hour to Boston one day and just down the road for the venue the next. Took one star off for location because the road was slightly sketchy but the house had a front electronic lock and another on the actual unit so we felt safe. Brand new driveway and we were super grateful to have off road parking. Place was clean, kitchen was stocked, plenty of places to sit in living room and the best part was the beds were ridiculously comfortable. The additional smaller bathroom was also a nice thing to have with 4 adults staying over. Would stay here again!
